The Nonuniform Linkage Model for High-Speed Ball Bearing

According to the features of geometric and energetic parameters of high-speed ball bearing during operation, a new finite element model which simplified the conventional calculation model for high-speed ball bearing into two two-force bar had been put forward. The specific format of the stiffness matrix and the solving method of the new finite element model were given. The geometric equation and equilibrium equation of rolling element were omitted in the new model, so the format of the equation groups of high-speed ball bearing could be more simple. At the same time, an accurate equation about rollaway control coefficient was deduced, and the rollaway control parameter seems more precise. An example indicated that the method in this paper is feasible.
