Research on Comprehensive Safety Assessment Method for Wheel Loader Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Mathematics

Since wheel loaders had been widely used and frequent accidents had been focused great attention to, it is highly essential to conduct a research on the safety. In the present article, based on the wheel loader accident investigation and failure analysis, the risk factors were studied through risk analysis m-ethod, and the wheel loader safety evaluation system was established. Combining fuzzy evaluation theory with analytical rarchy Process (AHP), the comprehensive evaluation Hie-model for wheel loader safety was constructed. Application examples had proved the feasibility of the system, and the draft of the safety evaluation regulation of wheel loader had been finally formed.
