Highly Sensitive Detection of N1, N12-Diacetylspermine Based on the Electrochemical Charge Accumulation System
A development of a rapid, simple and sensitive detection system for biomarkers is of overriding importance to a high-throughput screening of a disease at an early stage and monitoring the recurrence of the disease after a medical treatment. The highly-sensitive electrochemical detection techniques has been attracted and developed to detect the trace amount of targets. Recently, we reported the development of a sensitive detection system for hydrogen peroxide with an charge accumulation using an electrode modified with a poly(vinylpyridine) containing Osmium(4,4-dirnethyl-2,2-pyridine)2Cl+/2+(Os(bpy)2Cl+/2+) and HRP (Os/HRP polymer), which was developed by Hellers group.
