Penetrable Thin-film Electrochemical Platforms with 3D Network Nanostructures: Preparation, Characterization and Applications
Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have been extensively used as the sensing or carrier materials of electrochemical sensors, and are able to significantly improve the responses of innumerous inorganic, organic or biological substances 1-3. The employment of CNTs as the matrix materials of substrate electrodes is also successfully achieved by carbon nanotube paste electrodes (CNTPEs) 4. Unfortunately, rare CNT-based electrochemical sensors are competent for practical applications, especially for in vivo measurements, due to the size or shape restriction of substrate electrodes.
