Label-free ECL Aptasensor with Attomolar Mass Detection Limits Based on Ru(phen)32+-ds DNA Composite Film Electrode
Simple, sensitive, and specific detection of proteins is of importance in forensic science, biomedical research, and clinic diagnosis. Similar to antibodies, nucleic acid aptamers have been used as novel molecular recognition elements due to their high affinity and specificity 1. Among the detection techniques for aptasensor, ruthenium complex ECL-based methods were considered to have all the advantages of electrochemical detection and chemiluminescent technique.
