Study on the Interaction of DNA with Alizarin Red S by Electrochemical and Circular Dichroism Spectra

摘要：

Investigations of the small molecules with biomacromolecules, such as proteins and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) have aroused great interest in recent years. The small molecules include organic dyes, metal ions drugs, and so on. Therefore, study on the interaction between small molecules and DNA has become very important and it is widely used in the applications of genetic diagnosis and medicinal analysis.
