Supply Chain Management Practices and Problems in a Cement Company, Philippines: Basis For an Automated System Design

The study documents the assessment of a cement company’s supply chain management practices in the Philippines, its effectiveness to the company’s operations and the problems encountered by the management with respect to inbound logistics, manufacturing and production and outbound logistics. A design of an automated system is proposed to obviate the occurrence of problems.
