On Problems of China Commercial Banks’ Compliance Risk Management
A long time, Chinas commercial banks have not been to compliance as an important source of risk to manage, but also did not put on risk management compliance should be an important position, and the Basle Committee on Banking Supervision on the banks of a series of compliance requirements there is a big gap compared. Therefore, improving banking compliance risk management has become an important task of commercial banks in China that brooks no delay. This Article has explored herein realization on compliance risk, analyzed major issues that exist in compliance risk management of commercial banks of this country, and conducted preliminary thinking and exploration on how to improve compliance system and management procedures of commercial banks and construct effective compliance risk management mechanism.
