The Improving of Social Trust via Ubiquitous Information Network

摘要：

As the increasing of the urbanization and the population density, the personal trust degree is declining apparently. In this paper, there is a detailed analysis to explain that, and some pertinent solutions are shown-unified personal number based on ubiquitous network technology and real-time GIS data monitoring program.
