Wavelength Tunable Fiber Laser in Stable State of Polarization

With adopted optical fiber working as amplifying medium, fiber laser has advantages of high beaM quality, high gain, and board spectral range and thus has attracted great attention in many applications. However fixed wavelength and polarization fluctuation lay some obstacle for the development and practical usages. In this work, we investigate the polarization of the fiber laser, and design a fiber laser which can tune the output wavelength and maintain polarization stability by means of a novel cavity.
