Large Mode Area Photonic Crystal Fibre Design for Future Transmission Systems
This paper presents holey fibres designed for highspeed reconfigurable transmission applications. It is shown that the proposed fibres assume high effective area, ultra-flattened dispersion, and very low confinement losses in a wide wavelength range.
