Study on the Way of Decreasing the Damage of Disaster Under the Guidance of Government
Today, various disasters have occurred frequently, the disasters have posed a severe challenge not only for the governments capability of every state, but also for the stability of the society and the state power. It is to attach great importance for the governments that how to deal with sudden disaster and make use of limited resources after the disaster to make some rapid responses to emergency incidents, how to control events, reduce losses and reconstruct order in the shortest possible time, and also how to make a good communication with the public, provide rapid emergency services for the public and safeguard national benefits and the public trust in government.
