The Discussion of the Positioning Technology Applied to Emergency Rescue After an Earthquake

Whats important most is to acquire the data about the survivals location before the rescue action is taken when some natural disasters such as earthquake occur. That data will not only save much time but bring great convenience, which can avoid blind search. Consequently, life detection devices should locate the survivals and the precision of positioning should be high as much as possible. The paper discusses briefly the present indoor wireless positioning technologies and then proposes an assumption in the field of emergency rescue after an earthquake.
