Prevention and Compensation for Marine Pollution

摘要：

To protect marine environment has been the concern of human being since the occurrence of some major marine pollution incidents which started since the 1960s. a large amount of international conventions have been adopted since then to tackle from different perspectives the issue of marine pollution. This paper is only focusing on two aspects of the marine pollution issue, being prevention of pollution incidents and compensation of pollution victims.
