A Comparative Study on Oil Pollution Damage Compensation Fund and Chinese Regulations
Nowadays, people attach importance to the marine environment, International society take lots of legal actions in order to deal with the problem. Oil Pollution which is one of the most important sources of pollution of marine environment is got wide attention and research by nations and international community. The article researches the International Oil Pollution Compensation Fund Convention, Analyses development and improvement of the International Oil Pollution Compensation Fund, as well as Chinese legislation in this area. Eventually we make some legal advices about how China enforces the convention.
