Study of the Performance of Bunker Oil Convention 2001 in China

摘要：

Bunker Oil Convention 2001, specially applies to bunker oil pollution, has already entered into force in China. On the basis of the introduction of the general condition of the Convention, firstly, the article analyzed the issues caused by the Convention itself in the performance of the convention in China. Subsequently, the practical issues in the performance, brought by the Convention after entering into force in China, were analyzed, and then, the relevant countermeasures, aiming at solving these issues, were given. Hope the Convention will be performed successfully in China after entering into force, and the national regime of compensation for bunker oil pollution damage will be improved continuously.
