Tourism Administration as the Claiming Subject for Tourist Loss Caused by Oil Pollution
Through the analysis of foreign nations legislation and cases in relation with tourism administration on behalf of the state for the claims of the offshore oil pollution, Chinese domestic legislation and the theory of the administration on behalf of the state as the subject for claims, the paper discusses the theoretical basis of the tourism administration as the subject for claims and analyses its legal status. Therefore, this paper brings up the legislative advice of the details of the tourism administrations right of claims.
