The Multi-Objective Synthesized Optimization of Construction Plan in Building Project
The construction plan has important influence on the achievement of engineering project OptimuM construction plan can be determined according to multi-objective evaluation method. The Analytic Hierarchy Process method was chosen to carry out the synthesized optimization of construction plan. The optimization objectives were project period, primary risk and construction cost. The most favorable construction scheme was determined after three objectives were evaluated step by step in proper order. The results show that Analytic Hierarchy Process method is an effective method to realize the optimization of construction plan.
