The Analysis of Knowledge-Sharing Model Based on the Perspective of Industrial Cluster

With the development of our society, knowledge management theory has provided a new perspective to study the competitiveness of the cluster. The competitive connotation is undergoing important changes, the competitive advantage have not fully by virtue of size and cost advantages, access to corporate knowledge is becoming an important source of competitive advantage and knowledge management has become an effective strategic way of increasing the core competitiveness. This article will enhance the competitiveness for the purpose, explore the related issues, such as the relationship between knowledge management and competitiveness of clusters and enhance the competitiveness of the clusters through knowledge-sharing model based on research results.
