The Fuzzy Algorithm of Float Mean and Variance in CPM Network Planning
Aiming at extending study of float from activity to whole network, new conceptions and theorems are proposed, and algorithm of float mean and variance is designed in this paper. Firstly, base on relevant knowledge of Probability and Statistic and trait of CPM network planning, conception of CPM network float is proposed, and Extremum of CPM network float theorem and sum theorem which represents the relation between float and Extremum of CPM network float are deduced. Secondly, float mean and variance are important parameters to analyze criticality and sensitivity of activity and contrast multi-CPM network planning. Base on above theorems, fuzzy algorithm of float mean and variance is designed, and application of the algorithm is demonstrated by illustrating.
