Ezistence of Nontrivial Smooth Solutions for Nonlinear Resonant Neumann Problems Driven by the p-Laplacian
The risk in project lies everywhere and the impact of the projects uncertainty is complex.in order to carry out the implementation of the project,we must conduct a comprehensive risk analysis. Risk is a kind of uncertainty including threat and opportunity in itk essence.The risk management of project could concern on both threat and opportunity undet the base of the establistunent for the project risk analysis framework. So that risk is inevitable. We must analyze carefully the positive effects and the negative effects of teclurology and strengthen the reseach of technical risk.Tlris article firstly has carried out tlrc division of risk level. And analyzed risk factors that effect projects duration, then through the risk prediction model, it conducted a risk amlysis framework, and hay a related mathematical description. All these provides the project risk analysis with a theoretical basis.
