A New Smooth Method for the Euclidean K-Centrum Location Problem

摘要：

In this paper, we propose a method for smoothing the single-facility Euclidean K-centrum location probleM in Rn. The single-facility Euclidean K-centruM location problem in Rn is a generalization of the classical Euclidean 1-median problem and 1-center problem. The method proposed in this paper is based on a new smooth approximation for the plus function and reduces the problem to the an unconstrained smooth minimization problem.
