Basin Initial Water Right Harmonious Allocation Model of the First Hierarchy

摘要：

The definition of basin initial water right harmonious allocation of the first hierarchy is given. If the preliminary scheme doesnt pass the harmony analysis, inharmonious regions will be traced reversely. Based on evolutionary game theory, the multi-round dynamic game model is constructed to pass harmony analysis on basin allocation scheme and realize the initial water right harmonious allocation of the first hierarchy by adjusting each regions water right allocation gradually.
