Borda Voting Method and Its Application on Governmental Risk Assessment

摘要：

Dongcheng district in Beijing serves as one of the four primary political sectors of Beijing, in order to enhance the day-to-day supervision and potential risks prevention, we proposed assessment process, and successfully applied borda voting method to the Governmental Risk Assessment, received a general ranking. This is a good method in the Governmental Risk Assessment.
