Concentrator Location Problem with Variable Point Costs

摘要：

In this paper.we present two concentrator Location Problem for administrative divisions. In our models, the point costs are variable, that is. proportional to the sum of weights of points it directly serviced. One of model is in multi dimensional space, the other is in graph. The heuristic based on clustering are given for the first model and the heuristic based on minimal spanning tree are given for the second.
