Application of the Evaluation Model of Unascertained Measure on Enterprise Ethical Ability
Enterprise ethical ability management is one of the key indicators which make an enterprise have or not have a long-term and stable development, and always being in a good competitive position in the fierce market competition. In the past, most of the studies on enterprise ethical ability stayed in the narrative text, no more in-depth analysis and theoretical argument. These studies possessed highly subjective and can not accurate, objective and quantitative described the problem. This article, based on previous studies, introduce the unascertained mathematics and theoretical approach, through establishing the evaluation index system of enterprise ethical abilityand the unascertained measure model, using information entropy classification of indicators to determine the weight and confidence to identify the application criteria for the enterprise ethical ability to carry out a comprehensive scientific assessment. Its a good fit objective reality and thus more intuitive, more rational to analysis and evaluate the corporate ethics capacity for the management of enterprise ethical ability to provide a more scientific basis for reference. Finally, enterprise ethical ability are evaluated synthetically, and the scientific validity and value of practical application of the method is proved through examples analysis.
