The Study of the Equipment Management Model in School Training Base Based on the Secondary ABC Analysis

摘要：

The construction of training base inside the school plays a vital role in the development of vocational colleges. Large training bases rely on the equipments as a platform to run. equipment management level impacts on the function and cost of the expenditure of the training base directly. The paper introduced the ABC analysis briefly, improved it on the basis and established a secondary ABC analysis model. It is proved that applying the secondary ABC analysis to implement category management after the general evaluation of equipments in training base can enhance managers work efficiency, reduce the failure rate of equipment, cut back equipment maintenance costs and improve overall efficiency, thus provide a strong guarantee for the normal operation of the training base.
