Nep number test reliability of Uster AFIS

摘要：

The reliable test time of nep number tested by Uter AFIS was studied. The CV% value of test results of nep and seed coat nep (SCN) number in card sliver of 8 experiments with totally 313 different experiment plans were analyzed statistically. Reliable test times of nep and SCN number under different conditions were estimated according to the related test results. The following conclusions were drawn; when tested by AFIS for ten times, nep number results have higher fluctuation and the SCN number is rather unreliable; materials and processing conditions also have effect on neps testing results; the reason for this is that an amount of sample is too small, so increasing test samples or test times were suggested.
