The mechanical behavior of 3D bi-azial spacer weft knitting fabrics

3D bi-axial spacer weft knitting fabrics synthesize the advantages of bi-axial reinforced fabrics and spacer fabrics. With the aim of investigating the mechanical properties of the fabric, tensile test, peeling test and tear test were carried out on Hualong Universal tester. The results showed that warp yarn density, weft yam density and linking yarn density influenced the tensile, peeling test and tear properties greatly.
