The symmetry and asymmetrical attenuation gradient of temperature on flezible multilayer films

An ideal heat transfer model of flexible multilayer insulation films is presented. There are three basic modes of heat transfer (thermal radiation, solid spacer and residual gas comnduction) through the flexible multilayer insulation films. The theoretical calculations of the symmetrical and a-symmetrical attenuation gradient attenuation gradient for flexible multilayer insulation films temperature distribution are given. For the symmetrical decay in the gradient, the temperatures of the inner and outer layers, the number of layers are set, then the temperature distribution on only radiation heat transfer,only thermal conductivity and combined the two ways of heat transfer are calculated using Newton iterative method through Matlab. For asymmetrical attenuation gradient, the necessary layers of flexible insulation condition for 200t and-120t insulation are calculated. And the temperature distribution of each condition is calculated too. By comparing, theoretical method for flexible multilayer insulation which is discussed is educed.
