Study of the yarns motion state in the nozzle for reducing hairiness

The motion state, stress and rotary speed of yarn in the reducing-nozzle are analyzed for drawing the principle of reducing yarn hairiness and feasibility. The relation between yam rotary speed and yaM diameter, yarn balloon speed, false twisting process, structure of nozzle etc are analyzed, and the principle of false twisting-detwisting-wrapping are deduced. Yarn hairiness is wrapped the yarn body by taking advantage of the swirling airflow. The feasibility of reducing yam hairiness in nozzle is also analyzed. The time which yarn passes the vortex and hairiness wrap the yam bodies were acquired by calculating in assuming condition. By comparison the time, we can conclude that the hairiness will be wrapped effectively.
