Research and preparation of antibacterial fragrant double membrane microcapsule for teztile finishing
A secondary polymerization method of antibacterial fragrant microcapsule for textile finishing is proposed. Using this method, curing agent is added twice, epoxy resin and curing agent are polymerized twice by controlling various parameters rightly, so that antibacterial fragrant microcapsule with double film structure is produced. This paper also has a detailed analysis for process parameters influencing the preparation method, and the performance of the microcapsules is tested. At last, results prove that the microcapsules with this method will improve microcapsules performance, and the textile products finished by it have a good washing durability.
