Study of discharge printing process on cashmere fabric
In this paper, we study on the selecting of ground shade dyes and discharging printing distant-dyeing, discuss the effect of product after being dried, hazed and washed, and then optimized discharging printing process. The results show that acidic Duolilan yellow EGG, yellow E2R, red E2R, black Mg and some other active dyes have great effects on discharging printing and bottoming, they are the good choices for ground shade dyes. Lanasyn dyestuff is a good choice for discharging printing because of its excellent color fastness. Optimization parameters of discharging and additive proportioning are as follows: the percentage of Langqielie C is 12%, steaming temperature is 95℃, steaming time is 50 mins with 3% Carbamide, 1% Glycerin,2% Acetic acid glacial and 1% Citric acid respectively.
