The tone-on-tone of wool/bamboo knitted double-faced fabric with new crosslink dyeing process
Aiming at the problem of conventional dyeing methods toward wool/bamboo knitted double-faced fabric can not get the tone-on-tone. Some improvement was introduces based on the dyeing system previously. By adding a certain amount of fixing cross-linking and retarding agent which is used to suppress dye-uptake of the wool fiber, a new pattern dyeing system that it is constituted by reactive dye, cross-linking agent and dye rate retarder(ammonium sulfate) was used in one-both process crosslink dyeing toward wool/bamboo knitted double-faced fabric. The dyerate of bamboo fiber can be greatly improved and the dyeing rate of wool is slowdown. This ultimate effect of the process is the wool/bamboo knitted doublefaced fabric obtains the tone-on-tone, and saved the dye amount to 50% compared with the conventional dyeing process, a process is shorter relatively.
