Effect of color preferences of career dress on staffs well-being
Taking IT empoloyees as research sample, whose personal preference has been little affected by objective factors. Each subjects received a comprehensive questionnaire that was designed according to the study of color and character by Marx Lucia and was tested by staffs well-being. SPSS 13.0 software was used to establish mathematical models and used X2 analysis and multiple regression statistical analysis methods, compare with the norM mean in the scale, conduct analysis regarding the factors, contrast, relevance etc. in order to provide certain data and information for staff management and psychological counseling of the employees.
