Youth Olympic Games Health-Primary Prevention and Therapeutic Education Management of Paradozical Challenges
Contradictions between the founding values of sport and the new challenges resulting from post-modern attitudes and globalisation create an obligation for the Olympic movement to claim that it refuses to become identified with the negative aspects of 《prolympic sports》. Olympism must demonstrate that it does not live in isolation and can achieve a reasonable balance in managing paradox between different issues, including health. Whether we are speaking of sport for all or top performance sport, physical activities and sports should be practised under optimum health conditions in the context of an organization that is staging them in a responsible way, under the double control of the relevant sports technicians and health technicians. In this way, sports practice could become an outstanding instrument for preventing injuries or diseases, improving and strengthening the bodys abilities and performance significantly, promoting the individuals physical and mental development, well-being and social inclusion.
