Risk Management Program Capability Risk Ldentification and Assessment

A complete analysis of the most significant and critical risks affecting the Event must be completed, and these risks must then be treated through technical processes or transferred to insurance. We will work with the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) to establish a risk management strategy that systematically and comprehensively identifies, quantifies and address the collective impact of critical risks. There are 5 key components of a fully integrated and comprehensive risk management strategy that should be implemented to ensure the successful staging and management of the event.
