A Study on Injury and Rehabilitation of Judo Athletes in Korea University Student
The surveys on sports injuries have naturally stimulated an interest in injury prevention measures and rehabilitation process. Many of the surveys simply describe the work within the clinics and centers. Damage from sports injuries ranges from minor soft-tissue strains to major disruption of vital organs. All the surveys have been showed the majority of injuries occurring in the lower limb. The most study concluded that the knowledgeable diagnosis and early treatment will do not have serious consequences nor do they cost the athletes excessive loss of time from sport. Injury prevention measures have arisen largely from practical experience of the dangers in sports like judo. The key factors are recognition of injury types and an understanding of the associated risks. Other factors which need to be considered when advising sportsmen on injury prevention include levels of participation, training levels, physiological capacities, mental attitude to sports participation, competition and injury. This study is conducted in judo, because judo is one of sports as the danger sport with the associated risks which will bring many sport injuries.
