A Study on Setting up The Ecological Compensation Mechanism in Sking Field Projects
More and more skiing fields have been built rapidly since skiing tourism appeared last century. Besides Heilongjiang and Jilin, a large number of skiing fields has been built in many other provinces and municipalities directly under the central government such as: Inner Mongolio, Beijing, Xinjiang. According to statistics, there are up to 14 skiing fields in Beijing and about 210 around Urumchi of Xinjiang autonomous region. This kind of rampancyis not rare in the industry development of China nowadays. The rushin the development of skiing field is very similar to the rush of golf fields construction and the rush of balling alleys construction in the past. However the exploiture of skiing fields are much more harmful to the ecological enviroment than any of the other rushes in the past. Environmental deterioration by skiing fields is now drawing much more attention from people of insight. By referring to the solutions to the enviromental protection of some other countries, the author comes up with an ecological compensation mechanism based on the study of longtime-effective mechanism of development, protection and recovery. This mechanism aims at the healthy and sustainable development of ski tourism of our country.
