Research on Basic Features and Strategy of China s Large and Midium-sized Enterprise Wokers Sport Development in Transformation Period

摘要：

Social transformation produces a series of differentiating-combining of workers sport from macroscopic to microscopic. While providing some policy references for decision-making departments in governments and enterprises, studying the present status and actively exploring the new method to the development of workers sport in Large and Mediumsized Enterprises in New Period play an important role of building harmonious socialistic society. That can enrich the theoretical system of workers sport and adjust it to the necessity for modern life. Besides, it can also arouse the enthusiasm of participating in physical activity and constantly improve the physical quality and healthy level of the workers.
