The Research on Present Status of Speed Skating Reserve Talents and Contrastive Analysis with World Powers
The present status of teenage talents is one of the important factors of checking and supervision the athletics in the national development. In the more and more competitive athletics, the present status of teenage talents has the prominent function. The approaches of our research combine such quantitative methods as the investigation of the questionnaire、 the mathematics statistics, description methods as documents and materials,, interview、 logic analytic etc, and have carried on further investigation of present status of teenage speed skaters. The conclusions are as follows; 1.Speed skating teenagers mainly concentrate in a few provinces of Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and Xinjiang, and the registered numbers are increasing gradually that express a good trend. In the last few years it forms a fixed number of the storage, and is developing in a good direction especially in Heilongjiang province. 2.The teams of speed skating teenagers have been keep 28s during 2001-2005 seasons, and break to 32s in 2006 season. The competition numbers show the uptrend year by year, and attain the tallest in 20042005 seasons. See from the trend of the performance that the results of youth are better than younger athlete s, the spring events are more outstanding than the long distant events. 3. China junior competitions are different with skating powers in competition forms, times and participation. 4. Statistic survey and results show that China s Speed skating teenagers compared to the others powers in long distant performance are still need to be improved. 5. The results and ranks of China reserve talents in world junior championship show three problems; The females performances are better than males; sprint events are better than long distances; the ranks are decreasing year by year.
