Research on Ezercise Behavior and Ezercise Motivation of the Different Ezercise Stages

Lack of exercise is a primary public health probleM that affects a great number of people around the world. In the practice and study of health management and improvement, physical exercise has been found to be easy to participant in, but hard to persist in. Only 8%-20% Americans exercise regularly. 50% people take part in physical exercise for a period of time and quit after 6 months. Some Chinese researches also indicate the physical fitness of most Chinese students decline rapidly and the effect achieved during the physical courses fails to sustain. The reasons lay in that most students, without a good habit of doing exercises consciously and the awareness of doing physical exercise in a lifetime, quit from doing exercises after the physical courses. The exploration of the development process and the influencing factors of physical excise is beneficial to improve exercisers development and persistence of physical excise, which has important theoretical and realistic significance for improving nation-wide physical fitness.
