Research on the Motivation and Interest of Graduates Studying Speed Skating in China North Universities

The paper mainly discusses the importance of cultivating and motivating students motivation and interest in the teaching of speed skating. The paper puts forward to motivating students desire for knowledge by emotion, and introduces the methods of how to cultivate. That is, to arouse students interest, to deepen their understanding and mastering of tips of actions, and to strengthen students studying go-aheadism. Comparison of teaching data before and after experiment shows that cultivating studying interest can obviously improve teaching effects of the skating course, which is better than effects of traditional teaching mode.
