Creating Teacher Professional Community & Accelerating P. E. Teachers Professional Development
In recent years, there are quite a few western scholars attaching great importance to creating a cooperant circumstance to strengthen learning of specialized subject and promoting their professional development. Teachers professional community, as one manifestation of cooperative culture of teachers, is becoming a cause for concern. It has attached many attentions from western educational field and has been regarded as one effective ways for promoting professionalism. Against that background, we think it necessary to explain theoretically the connotation and characters and so as to explore the new ideas, new measures to create P.E teachers professional community. And the ultimate aim is to create a good atmosphere of and accelerate P. E. teachers professional development.
