It is the basic way to speed up the education development for transforming our country huge population pressure into human resources superiority. In order to adapt the talented person s need of development of economic society, implementing competence education comprehensively, deepening educational system reform and speeding up the educational structure adjustment to form good environment of the advancement competence education in the whole society. The curriculum construction is an important way which achieves raising the goal of the sports specialty and founding the characteristic education of sports specialty. Therefore, the curriculum construction has the very important status in the sports higher education and it is related to if it can train the talented persons who are needed by social development of the 11 th five year plan the Period, if it can make the sports specialty characteristic. All of these affect the high sports specialty survival and development.
