The Influence of Global Warming on Skiing Development in Heilongjiang Province

摘要：

The skiing promotion that mainly depends on the climate must be influenced by the global warming and the related climate variations in Heilongjiang. The research purpose in this paper aims to analysis the active and the negative influences facing the reality of the global warming, propose the initiatives for the fully skiing promotion in Heilongjiang. The related reference documents are adopted in this paper.
