Research into the Absence and Development Strategy of Snow and Ice Sport Culture in Colleges Campus

摘要：

Snow and ice sport culture in colleges is a new rising campus sports and cultural activities in recent years, it is regularly and extensively carried out under natural conditions as snow and ice and cultural conditions like schools and a collective ice and snow practicing activity which has catholicity and repetitive. It is a kind of atmosphere and environment of physical education in schools and a special campus culture built by teachers and students. Nowadays because of the serious shortage of construction material level of snow and ice sport culture on campus, the lack of snow and ice sports teacher qualifications, students lower consumption. Therefore this essay aimed at the in-depth study of the reasons for shortages and raise up recommendations and strategies.
