Management Model and Operating Mechanism of Composite Coach Team for Outstanding Sports Team

摘要：

Under the new situation, the development of competitive sports is bound to be an effective integration of training, research, health care, education, management and other aspects. In 2005, Duan Shijie, deputy director proposed to build a composite coach team, and pointed out that building a composite national team coach is the only way to improve the whole level of the competitive sports in our country.
