Organizing and training volunteers in large-scale international comprehensive sports have become scientific, systematic, the efficient management of volunteer service as well as high-quality services, high-capacity and professional services are the keys to the success of large-scale games.Training and organizing volunteers scientificly and effectively is the protection, volunteers services are extremely emphasized in the large-scale sporting events and volunteers trainings are carried out.
