The Influence of Ice and Snow Culture and Geographical Haracteristics in Heilongjiang on Development of China s Winter Sports

摘要：

Under the influence of geography, history, nature and economy, most of winter sports in China are concentrated on some areas in Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces. This paper used methods of literatures, interview and logical analysis, to take the Ice and Snow Culture and geographical characteristics as the research objects of Heilongjiang province, found the unique climate, favorable terrain and profound Ice and Snow Culture in Heilongjiang province, then developing Chinese Winter sports effectively.
